Of course, if he were convicted he still could be on the streets. This is still one of my pet peeves when people want to give leniency to criminals with a long history of crime, just because they commit "non-violent" crimes.Quote:
We did some checking and found that this isn't Hare's first brush with the law. He was convicted of disregarding a peace officer in 2006. In 2004, he was convicted of misdemeanor drug possession. We also found an indictment of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. It was dismissed.
