I might rephrase it a little along the lines of "why would you ask a question like that?" I like this approach better than redirecting or lying or saying "none of your business." My rational is that by asking them a question you may get some useful information - maybe they see someone who looks like they are going to rob you, or maybe you are printing or your extra magazine fell on the floor or you just left your piece in the men's room. Or maybe they are just nosey!
