Just kidding, I carry my phone less than 40% of the time (mainly just during work hours). I carry my gun 99% of the time. I think the idea that a CHL (who was willing to interevene and did) would be present while someone was commiting a crime against a third person is pretty far fetched.
It seems to me that most people carry their cell phone more than their American Express.
