Spelled out much more specifically than "musket and ball". :rules: ;-)
The [Sonny Bono] Copyright Term Extension Law enacted in 1998 increased the amount of time for copyright protection. Some of convinced that the "limited times" are now too long. I don't know any court cases yet.
