I think you have 36 hours to bring a gun to the local police, if you bring it into the State.
Thought about retiring there, but the wife nixed it. Too far from family. I figured they would come to us, since most love the place.
There is a five day in quarantine if you meet all of the requirements, or 120 days if you don't.
