From what I have observed [NASA, DOD and Offshore work] is that the people using the software do some/or most of the design work, not just the drawing portion.Killadocg23 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2019 1:14 pm Any body in th AutoCad/drafting field. As another person pointed out I think Solid Works is used more than AutoCad. All in all, it's a good set of skills to have. even if it just teaches you how to read a drawing.
Knowledge /a class in GD&T is also a useful skill.
