Given the rate at which 9th Circuit decisions are overturned by the SCOTUS, maybe there should be an automatic review of all their decisions.
If I had an employee who made that many mistakes, I would definitely feel the need to micro manage everything they did. Well actually, I would have the luxury of firing them. That's the beauty of no longer working for a government agency.
