Fingerprints submitted 1/13/16
CHL-100 submitted 1/11/16
Confirmation email from RSD 1/11/16
Website change 3/23/2016
Plastic in hand ???????

73 days, 13 days over the statute.
48 Business days if that were written into the law....

Time to stalk Mr. Postman...
