I called Monday for an update, the lady said its printed just needs to be mailed out. So this morning I checked online and the status changed. So I'm guessing when ever they mail it out the status will change to where you can update addresses/personal information

Well I tried calling early this morning like you suggested, same message then they hang up, they won't even allow you to wait on hold till someone's available. Still no answer to my email. Sometimes it will go through to give you a message saying "your approx wait time 17min or whatever" ...

I called the number on their website , either call early around 7am when they open . That's when I'll call or just during random times and I'll wait it out .
