That is what I thought. No sign then they can verbally tell you, if at that point you leave there are no issues. The only issue comes if you do not leave upon verbal request.
Which I completely agree with. If I spent my hard earned money to open a business and don't want open carry or anything else its my business and all I should have to do us tell the customer such.

Looking for clarification. What if say a gas station has no signs at all 30.06 or .07. But the clerk said no we don't allow open carry. I asked if they planned on getting the legal signs and they stated no. They just weren't going to allow it? What is the legality of such.
