As a practical matter, if gangs recruit people with a clean record so they can carry a gun during gang "activities," it won't take long for them to lose their LTC.

Most political parties fit this definition, IMHO.

Yeah maybe LTC reasons to deny should include any congressional service in the previous 5 years!!
