I didn't think the fifth amendment was a firewall. I though it was a right.

What is next?

They still don't get it. They think that we are at war with the Constitution, we are at war with Jihadists. The left just has their head in the sand and thinks that if they protest enough about why they can't strip us of more rights, the law of the land will go away. The FBI did not do everything it could, the administration refuses to allow them to do their jobs for fear of offending someone. This administrations failures are so numerous now that they are running out of scapegoats. They have done, and continue to do, nothing to address the problem, they think they can "make nice" with terrorists, while blaming the problem on guns, and that "inconvenient" document that prevents them from doing what they want.
