I'm sorry there is no way for me to guess. But- I'm betting if all your application releases notarys and related paperwork are correct and complete, and you are eligible under the law that you will have your LTC within 60 business days.

Spoke to them on the phone today and was told I was approved and should be receiving plastic late this week or early next week. Still no change on the website.
