Put me on the December pile as well. Called about two weeks ago, they said "it's finishing the background check". My timeline so far is:

Class: 12/13/2015
Fingerprint: 12/22/2015 (Didn't know you could fingerprint before class, I'm stupid)
Documents sent: 12/22/2015
Confirmation of documents e-mail: 12/28/2015
Website change: Not yet
Plastic in hand: Not yet
