My wife took her class on 9-30, mailed packet on 10-2. Return reciept back on about the 5th or so. Her record is clean except for an accounting error in 1997 which led to a bad check. Kahr CW40

My wife has a CW40 and it seems that at no more than 200 rounds thru it and the follower in the magazine breaks. Kahr has been responsive and even sent 3 replacement parts. But they cannot answer the question why this is happening. Anyone have any ideas? They send the parts, but I just get aggravate...

As always, fit and confidence come into play. My wife, after testing and practicing with a couple of rentals and my own, decided on a KAHR CW40.
The fit is excellent for her size hands and she is quite proficient with it.

Just my 2cents worth on the subject.

Well, it not appears, but it is true. State Comptrollers office in Austin can and will get you all that you need to do business legally.

Having been on a jury for a DWI and becoming really educated with the laws in TX as far as "intoxicated"; I pose this question - what does it mean to be declared intoxicated in TX?

Anyone here grow up in the 60's? The small rural school that I went to, we used to have plenty of the A-bomb movies and the CD shelter movies. In facdt the school I attended for all 12 grades was a government approved shelter.
