Uploaded the docs online Dec 14 for both my wife and I. We had already taken the course and finger prints earlier.
Email confirmation same day, Dec 14.

My wife's status on web changed 1/29 (or a day or two earlier), and she received her license yesterday, Feb 1. My status hadn't changed after checking it about 5 times yesterday. :grumble

My status on web changed this morning, Feb 2. :clapping:
