Agreed, sounds like we are similar in size I wear a regular ol XL tshirt and also carry OWB but I can probably get away with the smaller shirt because I carry either a G26 or a compact XDm most of the time. Like you said other than fellow gun enthusiast I don't think other people notice whatsoever.

I have a few Red Jacket shirts, a Molon Labe shirt, a few Glock and Ruger shirts, etc.. Stuff like that.

Unless my weapon is physically exposed from concealment I usually don't care if I'm printing. I've had my CHL for 10 years and carried many different types of guns mainly OWB for almost all of those and have never had an issue. I honestly think that even when I'm wearing a shirt thats a lil tighter than I would like and I am pretty sure that I am printing that 99% of the people I encounter are clueless anyways. I often wear some sort of gun related t-shirts too. LOL I'm honestly pretty obvious to pick out as a person carrying to anyone who shares the sames interest but in my experience unless it's a LEO or fellow CHL holder most people pay no attention to stuff like that.
