I tend to think of things like, if someone comes up and starts some chicanery while I'm at a red light, I could let off the brake, which will cause the ol' truck to lurch forward, which could give me the time to draw, not to mention get me off the X for a moment.fm2 wrote:Just be aware that if the "moment" is not obvious, ie bg approaching gun in hand pointed at gg, there's only one hand, probably the non-dominant hand, to deal with the bg's encrouchment. The biggest problem I can see is if the "moment" came when I was sitting down, but still not impossible.
