Well I called in today about 10 times and got the "Due to high call volume we cant help you." On the the last call I got the option for a call back....lets see what they say. I am sure it will be more beating my head against the wall..................

Well here it is 2/25/16 and still no plastic in hand or website change. Clean record, multiple full FBI background checks in the past for work related stuff....maybe it is in my mailbox when I get home tonight.
