16adams, I get your logic and I fully understand RSD got slammed. Yet a handful of us who were all in between 12/22 and 1/1 and have not heard anything yet while people who submitted their apps well after we did have plastic in hand. As of day 72 they have not begun to look at my app. Why would they process apps out of order, regardless of calendar days or business days? Can you understand that angst?

BINGO!!! I was cool until I saw 4-5 people who submitted well after me getting plastic. Really PO'd when told on day 68 RSD hasn't even looked at mine.

I have yet to see anyone that submitted in January say they received plastic. Most recent I've seen is someone who received confirmation Dec. 29th. Which is my date of confirmation, but I have yet to see a change. Just a little longer man!
Been a few in the 2016 thread with website changes, including one from 1/21/16

I should be right behind you. LTC App submitted 12/23 and Fingerprints 12/28. I never received a confirmation email (and per everybody's buddy Darrel, not everyone "necessarily" receives a confirmation email). But when I called last week Cheryl did confirm everything was received. Cool Cool.

Actually, the Gov Code Sec 411.176(d) gives them 180 days to process your application.
