The law shouldn't declare any private property as off limits to CHL, whether bars, race tracks, or schools. Private property owners have strong protections and a good mechanism for banning CHL if they wish to do so; the law should not usurp their rights.

Aaaargh! Darn flame shield! It's like the "no guns" sign of the internet! No weapon can possibly penetrate written notice!

If Russell weren't immune from my response, I'd say something about those darn designated drivers, looking out for their buddies by staying sober, sipping cokes while their buddies cut loose.
