NJ's hollow point law is a bit more subtle than that. HP isn't banned, it's just restricted from carry guns (IIRC). Since so few people in NJ can get carry permits, it's mostly moot.Mike1951 wrote:IIRC, New Jersey is the only state that bans hollow point ammunition.
