This is exactly the same bull response I got on September 29, 2009 only from a different "Customer Care" person. Obviously they get enough of these letters to warrant a standard token response. When I responded to the response I got the same letter again. There's plenty of other jewelry stores out there that want our business. Go somewhere else. Vote with your wallet.
