Dunno, maybe that really helped... I never hassled anybody about my application, maybe that kept it on top... or, maybe my application just fell into the right hands, by chance... or karma.

Hence my problem. No signature required is the way I sent mine. I do know they have it but I do not know when they got it. I'm currently on hold for an estimated 39 minutes. LOL

Update, took the lovely lady about 18 minutes to get on the phone. She informed me that my application was Issued today and sent to printing. She said I should have it in hand within 14 business day.

Don't feel like you are alone. I took my class on 12-11-15. I already had registered, and had finger prints taken at that point. On 12-12-16 I mailed off all documents. The website to this day still has not changed. I did one day get the call to go through to Austin about early February and they said they had everything and it was in process. Almost a month latter I still wait patiently. JJ
