I got a call yesterday from a manager at RSD telling me that everything was done and I should have my card in 7 to 10 days... I told him I got the same call acouple days earlier from a different manager telling me the same thing... still no card, still no status change on their website...
I was all in 1/13/16...
I know they are working hard but come on folks!!
Hopefully my card will show up in the mail in short order, but at this point Im not counting on it!!
Congrats to all that have received theirs, I just wish they would do things in some sort of order!

After the call I got Friday, saying I was approved and they would finish things up and mail out my card. I figured the website would have changed by now?? They truly have a screwed up system (or lack there of!)

Got a call from a supervisor this morning... She apologized for the delay and lack of communications and let me know that mine has been approved and I should have my card in 7-14 days depending on snail mail...

I was all in 1/13/16.. been trying to wait patiently without a lot of success.
Been watching and reading post on this forum and have done a few things I have read.. Call RSD, emailed RSD emailed my state rep (still haven't heard anything from her!), emailed Abbot (no response there either!) finally talked with a supervisor yesterday to be told they are working on my time frame now just to be patient (LOL).. a buddy of mine sent all his stuff in 2/16/16 and already has his plastic in had (as of yesterday) which is what made me set on hold for an hour to talk with the "supervisor" ...
She said they had hired extra staff and split the work up and that is why some February apps are already getting plastic.. my question to her was simple, if you haven't finished December and January apps why would you start on February apps?? She could not answer that one.
Was told she would personally call me back next week to let me know if there was any updates..
BTW.. I have no history and my finger prints and back ground was complete 2 weeks ago from the first time I called and check on what was going on!!
