Fingerprints: 1/31/16
CHL-100: 1/31/16
Uploaded docs to RSD: 2/1/16
Re-uploaded docs to RSD: 2/19/16
Confirmation e-mail: 2/19/16
Website changed: N/A
Plastic in hand: N/A

I'll let you know if anything changes. I'll keep watching this forum.

This is exactly my time line, almost point by point. I too didn't receive an email confirmation, except about the fingerprints being received. So, I called a week after I uploaded by CHL-100 and was assured that my application and supporting documents were complete. I haven't called since, but haven't heard a peep either. I did send an email Monday asking if they would expedite my application.

Looking forward to hearing any changes you see, I'll post mine as well. Good luck to both of us!
