Try (with IE 7 and up):

In IE, go to tools, then select Internet Options, select security tab, there is then a rectangular box that has "Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sites,...)

Select Trusted Sites, then select the box that says "Sites"

Add http://www.texasshooting.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to the trusted sites list.
