Do you carry your cell phone with you when you move from one building to the next? Maybe you leave it in your purse as well, but if you do carry it with you, they make the phone cases that have the card slots for your DL/credit card, etc. It might be a good place to keep your LTC if you tend to have a phone on you at all times.
I think this would be the best solution for you. I have honestly been contemplating doing this considering that most people don't go anywhere without their phone. I typically always have my phone and wallet with me unless I am not carrying.
