You don't have to wait 10 years after completion. It's 10 years from the order of deferred adjudication. In other words the date you are ordered to start your probation. 1 January 2017 those charges under 411.171 may not be eligible for non-disclosure. Has anyone heard that. I think I may be mis-interpreting that info.
