Same happend to me when u apply as a vet they have to verify that you are indeed a vet. I submitted all of my stuff in Feb and didnt get my plastic till May. When i called they eplained to me that the hold up was the vet verifiation.DjSayvion wrote:Application: 03/14/16

Anyone have thoughts on what I should do or what is going on? I tried calling but it just says they have too many applications and automatically hangs up and I tried emailing and they just send back a generic pre-written email. I noticed some people on have submitted their stuff in April and already have their LTC in hand. So shouldnt mine have been completed too?

So i called dps and a guy nambed patrick answerd. I was told that they no longer had my application in Austin but i was approved and everything was sent to my home town. So my wait should be over soon.
