Re: 2016 Application Watch - post your 2016 timelines here
Although I've already received my LTC, just want to post here to encourage you to be patient - I tell you to be patient, but I wasn't Anyway, I applied back in Feb. and it took me exactly 70 days to get mine. I hope things have improved since then - I wish you all the best, we need more law-abiding citizens carrying and having the backs of our law enforcement. Good luck to you all.

Re: 2016 Application Watch - post your 2016 timelines here
On Feb. 25, I received confirmation that they had received all my documentation.
On May 2, I received an email say my license had been approved.
On May 5, there was a status change on the website.
Maybe, just maybe, my wait is nearly over.

Re: 2016 Application Watch - post your 2016 timelines here
DPS received all my documentation on Feb. 25 and sent me a confirmation. Two weeks ago I sent them an email checking my status. A few moments ago, I received the following email:
"Thank you for using the Regulatory Services Division’s website.
Our records indicate your license was selected for issue on 05/02/2016. Allow several days for printing and preparation for mailing. After mailing date, your license should arrive between 7-14 business days.
If it has been more than 30 business days since printing, please notify the department. Replacements cannot be requested until after 30 business days have passed from the printing date."
I guess we will just wait and see if it's true or not.
