I think killing with a vehicle is called vehicular manslaughter? Unless it was pre-meditated

Best to de-escalate the situation before you or your family is injured by this OBVIOUSLY disturbed individual

I suggest you CONSTANTLY call the police for every infraction...build a huge paper trail against him...have evidence (get video tapes of his vandalism and throwing nails and his aggressive backing and behavior)

Whatever you do DON'T aggravate the situation, just document, call, report.

If/when you ever have to draw then you have proof you were being harassed and it looks better for you.

If he is on your property uninvited and not leaving he is trespassing, and the police can and will ask him to leave
