When the operator asked him if he knew them, he said, "No I really don't know these neighbors"

Seems like it'd been a good time to tell them he was watching their house for them, don't 'ya think?

Oh snap.
Well I really don't know my neighbors much either..yet in passing one time the guy was leaving on vacation and said "Hey, keep an eye on the place"

Can someone prove he DIDN'T say that?

Would a neighborhood watch be implied consent?

Re: J Horn is acquitted of wrongdoing.

It wasn't self defense as in it was preventing the criminals from fleeing immediately after committing a burglary of a habitation he was requested to watch out for

Apparently in the state of Texas, stealing stuff from people and peoples homes is a hazardous job!

Once the bad guys have met the criteria to use deadly force it doesn't matter if you shoot them front to back or put 50 in their back (one the threat is stopped you stop..if you walk up and put one in the head of a badguy laying down you go to prison for murder)...you must realize the occupational hazard of being a scumbag thief/rapist/badguy is death, if they are lucky the guys in blue will showup and give them some nice bracelets and save them from the good guy that is sick and tired of being the victim and turning said badguy into a leaky walking gazebo

When the criminal meets the criteria for the good guy to use deadly force it doesn't matter if he does a double gainer out of a window after bouncing off the trampoline from the backyard and shoots em from the front back or underground in a popup spider hole...the occupational hazard of scumbags is now death...if they are lucky the police will get them 1st and arrest them before the goodguy homeowner ventilates him

We need to get bigger license plates and bumper stickers superimposed over firearms

When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
Explain?

Doesn't that mean if you see a badguy and DON'T tell him to repent of his bad ways, that when he dies, his blood is on your hand?
and if you do talk to him about his bad ways, if he doesn't stop at least you tried?

Oh and the KHOU thing says "You're Dead" then gunshots..but the left out the important part where he says "MOVE, You're Dead" Like he walked out and shot them down with no warning
