Young's literal translation adds more specific information? But, I think more important, this was part of the law. Meant for Jews and nailed to the cross. I see nowhere that it was resurrected.
I don't have any tattoos, but don't believe the Old Testament restrictions on the Jewish people applies to me as a Christ follower.
