I saw the same. UHCL is definitely more grounded than main campus. Essentially offices, I think a single lab, and that building you mentioned. Does a university have to place the appropriate 30.06 on areas that don't allow it?
Or does it suffice to say that they just exclude certain areas in their policy?
If it's in their policy that they don't allow in a certain building, but no/incorrect signs
are posted, does that invalidate their policy on where one can and cannot carry?
