I emailed them and they sent me a basic email back ..... what the heck

i did my class in march 2016 everything turned in by march 30 .... may 7th i went into background . In june is when my screen changed to figner prints and background under review. As of AUGUST 16TH 2016..... IM STILL WAITING .....
