it was a DWLI ticket. thats why i forgot about it, because it was a ticket, i didnt think of it as a "class B misdemeanor arrest"Jusme wrote:Vanillamacshake wrote:Vanillamacshake wrote:I had not heard about calling the state rep before, I will try that on monday. There is obviously something not right. You need to be phone the phone with them finding out what is going on behind the scenes with your application cause that's far far outside the norm.
Needless to say i was surprised to see people getting theirs within a couple weeks, month, and months...
i did call my state rep and they were very helpful. i found out there was some error in them getting back to me, but my application was denied due to a ticket i got in 2012. so, thats that apparently.
What kind of "ticket" is a disqualifyer? Tickets are usually Class C Misdemeanors. Not trying to get into your personal business, but It sounds strange to me.

Re: "Waiting Room"
I submitted my LTC 20/11/15, had to submit more paperwork in may, and my status has been fingerprint review and background check both yellow since then. Is that normal, is there something i should do about that? Or am i just waiting around and looking at holsters...
