Re: Eagle Peak and Garland Gun Range
I shoot my AR-15 at the Garland range regularly with no problem. I love that range because it is clean, safe, priced reasonably and the people who run it are very nice. I have never had a problem there.

Re: Church Carry - Reciprocity Question
At our church we perform a body search to see if you have a gun. If you don't, you are sent home to get one and then you must sit through an hour long sermon about not leaving your gun at home.

Re: Taco Cabana revisited
Taco Cabana has already expressed company policy . The fact that they had the sign to begin with is enough of a deterant for me. There are a lot of Taco restaurants in Texas. I'll choose their competition such as Taco Bueno, Bell, Casa, etc.

We are having a shotgun raffle to raise funds for our youth program. We did this last year and it was VERY su...

Re: Was made a couple weeks ago...
I have been "made" a couple of times at church. No big deal because I'm known as the "gun guy" at my church anyway. My church is NOT an anti gun church. Once a year we have a church sponsored "range day". It is usually in the spring and is attended by men and women alik...

Re: No CHL and traffic stop while carrying in vehicle.
It really doesn't bother me to show my CHL to the police. It usually puts them at ease because they realize they are dealing with a decent person who should not be a threat to them.
It has actually gotten some people off without a citation.

Re: Rockwall Toyota - 30.06 Signs
We alll know the address, so we should write letters to Steve Jackson of Rockwall Toyota explaining we will refrain from engaging in business with them until they take the sign down.
I am going to do this today!
