KTRH poll this morning showed 91% of several thousand votes would let him off. This is a stinker for any DA. There is a really good reason the DA has sat on this for 8 months

Actually, I'm likely up there in those here who have poured over every detail of the case, and have been involved with the radio stations regarding raising funds. I've also been in contact with his Lawyer multiple times, etc..yada yada yada.
All that aside, I simply believe he will walk from this case. I do not expect it to go to trial, but I cannot see him being convicted. By the way, welcome to the board.
