Gotta disagree with you on the service. If you don't believe my story, ask JasonH. He worked with me then.

I had a big service problem on opening day at west oaks. I wrote a letter. The President drove 20 miles to my work, brought an italian creme cake, hats, shirts, and 18 month free admission passes and a hand written apology. Next time I came in, the Managing parter personally waited on me for my entire meal and comp'ed it. Hard to believe, but I speak the truth.
