Re: UT Austin protest in progress
And these people are really participating in getting a higher education? What a bunch of coddled ne'er-do-wells...
Blue collar kids have a much more realistic understanding of the world.
I was a blue collar kid. I worked my patootie off as a kid for very low wages. At first. It aint bragging if one did it. Safe spaces and micro aggressions-babble wasn't part of living in the real world. We worked and understood the world owes us nothing. We had to earn what we received. Sound grim? Well, yes, that's the way of the world and has been forever. Nobody owes you squat. Earn, wither, or die. It's up to you. The reward: Feeling proud of actually accomplishing something no one gave you. You earned it. Then you can have a lot. That's part of the "Free Enterprise System". It makes you do your best. It doesn't reward you for existing.
Honestly, once out of school, no one will give you a "participation" award, or provide you a safe space from micro aggression because frankly the world isn't safe space free...you'll come up against micro blah blah everywhere, weenie...it's part of living in the world.
You aren't a special snowflake.
You are (if you're lucky enough to be born healthy) given an opportunity to thrive. (at least in this country)
Throw it away whining you've been mistreated by the "meanies of the world" then I expect you to fail.
Miserably.
Grow up and you'll thrive.
Whine and die, as you should.

The national anthem of the left.: "They are so fearful that they will have to pull their own weight without the government handouts, that its scares them."
