The price seems to be fair $180 for the first year & $75/year after that, but their membership process seems like it would take too long. Especially if you don't have a member "sponsor". But this may be the norm, I've never joined a gun club.

There is a public range located in Doddridge AR. http://www.millercountyso.us/index.php/gun-range. This one is $20/year for a pass from the Miller County Sheriff's office.

Legendary Firearms is an indoor range http://www.legendaryshootingsports.com/ Seems a little expensive to me, but is a pretty good range.

Rocky Creek Outdoors http://txkclays.com/. This must be a new range as I haven't seen it before in my searches. Their website shows that they are open only on Saturday and primarily for sporting clays. It mentions a rifle and pistol range expansion coming soon.
