There is no 'unlicensed' wording in 30.06. You aren't refering to the signs you see at Stop & Robs stating "The unlicensed carry of a firearm blah blah blah?" If so, those from the TABC and don't apply to someone with a CHL. Logically, it seems to me my CHL makes my firearm "licensed". Otherwise, what certifies a weapon in TX as "licensed"?
