Most people will not be able to determine what the 'bump' is. However, if it very prominent, you might look at finding another holster that will turn the butt more toward your body. It really depends on what is not concealing very well on your 229. Carrying IWB will hide anything below the waistband of your pants, so if your shirt rides up and doesn't go above the waistline, then your covered.sig229fan wrote:Waiting on CHL, I am wearing my OWB Sig 229 around the houe and find that all of my shirts don't conceal very well. If you are talking about the but of the gun protruding and causing a bump in your shirt, then IWB probably won't be any better unless the IWB holster turns the butt of the gun inward more toward your body.
