Contact DPS. Ask to speak to a supervisor. Give them the trace number from L1 and ask them to please verify that they have received the transmittal of prints since they have sent you a 90 day letter. If they haven't, then they should run the traps backward toward L1 to get them to send the transmittal again.mitchntx wrote:Again, a suggestion on what to do other than contacting DPS is welcome.

Re: After 4 weeks, still waiting on fingerprints
Does the L1 location say they transmitted the prints? L1 should be able to tell DPS when they were trasnfered to them.mitchntx wrote:Completed my CHL class on June 19th.
Submitted my application on-line on June 21st.
Was fingerprinted at L1 in Ft. Worth on July 5th.
I have no background issues and currently hold a "critical staff" security clearance from a Homeland Security institution.
Multiple e-mail has gone unanswered.
Multiple phone calls result in no information and a common answer ... "Give it a couple weeks."
My online status has remained unchanged since June 25th.
"Fingerprints : Not received, notice sent to applicant "
Any suggestions on how to get this application off high center?
