DING DING DING, we have a winner. Officially it is biochemical, but is still a chemical means. Actually, the penal code definition of the offense is: "creates, by chemical means, a noxious and unreasonable odor in a public place." Sounds like a conventional fart, regardless of how deadly, would not get your CHL yanked.
