Proving your elligible because of a past criminal history or charges can be a hassle, but the requirement exists. The records should not be hard to find. Just contact the court where the event occured and get them to proivde you a certified copy of the disposition. Infringement on keeping and bearing, yes, but the method of bearing is not defined, so I believe that concealed carry is a priveledge on top of just bearing them openly.MadMonkey wrote:Uh... No decision to rights. You have the right to own firearms in your home an even carry them in your vehicle without a license.
