Yes, that is what he said. There has never been a law against printing. But as I stated, if you were properly concealing before, then there should be no change in methods and level of concealment.nyj wrote:
He said he doesn't care about printing. He didn't say he goes out of his way to flash his gun.

Re: You know what I love about carrying in Texas?
I know that the law changed in wording, but your statement indicates intent to not properly conceal. There should be no difference in the way you concealed prior to Sept. 1 than after. Law or not, it is our job to make sure that the handgun stays covered and it not 'displayed, either intentionally or not.Beiruty wrote:Keith, the law has changed and there is no more failure to conceal. Display is totally different story than failure to conceal.
Reckless means that I do not wear a coat/jacket as a concealment garment each time I have to wear OWB. A GAP/NIKE sport sweater with or without a hoody would work fine for me.

And that will get you arrested. Being reckless is intentionally failing to properly conceal and would lean toward intentional display.Beiruty wrote:After September 1st 2013, I careless about printing. I carry OWB in custom Kydex holster and I am now reckless compared to before September 1st 2013.
Carry on.
