Yes, that is what he said. There has never been a law against printing. But as I stated, if you were properly concealing before, then there should be no change in methods and level of concealment.

Reckless means that I do not wear a coat/jacket as a concealment garment each time I have to wear OWB. A GAP/NIKE sport sweater with or without a hoody would work fine for me.
I know that the law changed in wording, but your statement indicates intent to not properly conceal. There should be no difference in the way you concealed prior to Sept. 1 than after. Law or not, it is our job to make sure that the handgun stays covered and it not 'displayed, either intentionally or not.

And that will get you arrested. Being reckless is intentionally failing to properly conceal and would lean toward intentional display.
