End of rant for the day. :tiphat:
Totally agree.

It just boggles the mind how we're to conform to the rules but everyone else can play loose

Re: Kimbell art Museum Ft.W. No Carry

I am just seeing a lot of poor signage. It appears the museum may be 51% on a technicality. Seems a bit of a stretch to me when we know the Kimbell's primary funding is oil holdings by the foundation. But my issue is not with the technical nature of their designation, rather their flippant attitude toward proper signage. The only true 51% signs appeared on the wall behind the cash register in the cafe, well beyond the entrance to the museum proper. The exterior signage expresses the verbiage of a 51% sign only at below knee level. These are not "conspicuously displayed" signs. The movie theatre I visited the other day had both 30.06 & 07 signs below eye level, white letters on clear vinyl. Clearly these signs are meant to be "inconspicuous" intending by their very design to NOT attract attention. We're expected to know our stuff but everyone else can play loosely.

Kimbell art Museum Ft.W. No Carry

I'm a new LTC holder and as with all new CCW folks I'm learning who's CCW friendly and who's not.

I regularly have lunch at the Kimbell Art museum and noticed some very hokey signage.
