Thanks. I just checked again this morning and it's been changed to all green and says it's been mailed.

Mavsman, that step is what can take a while depending on your background. It seems that if you have no prior arrests or any legal issues from the past then it can move along pretty quickly.

I submitted my application early January, fingerprinted January 10th, then my status looked like yours soon after that. Then started my waiting process and frustration. I'm active duty military and have moved around quite a bit. Also I had a bogus arrest a few years ago and was released with no charges filed against me. It came up on the background check, plus I disclosed it in the application. DPS wanted court records from Hawaii. Problem is there was no court records because there were no charges. I talked to a really rude lady over the phone and she pretty much told me with no court documents that she'd toss out my application. Fortunately I was able to get copies of my arrest paperwork and it showed no charges. I submitted all of this paperwork on February 9th. Finally, almost 2 months later and after a few status update requests my status shows print pending. I didn't think I'd ever get this far haha.
